This double cloth is made with two layers of fabric woven together to make one. It is opaque, matte with a textured surface that is comfortable against skin. It has a slight drape with good body and holds its shape nicely. The reverse of the fabric (cotton side) is slightly more uniform in weave; where the front face (linen side) has a slubbed more open weave texture.
Suggested Projects: Structured tops, dresses and skirts. Absolutely ideal for light jackets, both relaxed and more tailored in style. Would work really well for robe jackets and luxurious housecoats. Mix and match colours for a modern finish. Good for volume and sewn details.
