Use this tool to turn bias tubing for making spaghetti straps, button loops, frog closures and shoulder straps. It can also be used to retrieve ‘lost’ elastic by being threaded through a casing.
Slide the tool through the bias tubing and then use the hook and latch to grab and secure the end of the fabric before pulling back though.
Approximately 26.5cm long.
