Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders made before 3pm weekdays will be shipped next day or same day.
Please note the processing and dispatch can take up to 2 business days during busy periods (for example: during sales).

Once your order has been received it will be cut and packed very quickly. It is very important that when you place your order it is correct and includes valid contact details.

If you have made a mistake with your order, preferably, give us a call as that is the most direct way to reach us. Otherwise send us an email as soon as you can.

Dispatch Delays

If there is expected to be a delay to your parcel being packed or shipped, we will contact you via phone or email.

For orders of large quantities of the same haberdashery item, (for example 10 invisible zips in the same colour) there may be a delay in shipping as we may not have all the items in stock. If this is the case we will contact you.

If you would like to order large quantities of items, the best way is to give us a call or send us an email with your order.


If you have an concern about your delivery, please contact us. We keep detailed information and are almost always able to easily resolve any issues.

Shipping times do vary depending where you live, however once your order has been dispatched, you can usually expect your parcel to arrive within 7 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Due to the courier company we use we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. However if this is a problem for you please get in contact with us.

We do not have any control over delivery times after your parcel has left the store, and we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by the delivery company.
Fabric Deluxe cannot assume any responsibility for parcels lost or damaged when left at a location determined safe by the courier driver.


If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free re-delivery.
If the parcel is made available for re-delivery, you will receive and email notification and/or delivery card that will include the information required to arrange it. It is important that you book a re-delivery within the time-frame stated in the email, or on the delivery card. This is because the parcel will be returned to Fabric Deluxe after the stated time-frame.

Express & International Shipping

We do not have options for these at our checkout but we can organise this for you. Please contact us.

Return Shipping

Returning products to Fabric Deluxe via post is at your own cost unless we are at fault. In the case that Fabric Deluxe is covering return shipping, we are only responsible for return shipping costs from the original shipping address.
