Slightly structured & opaque with a lightly crisp handle and a light drape. It’s surface is matte, with a gorgeous rippled texture that follows the woven check. This texture gives the fabric a bit of volume and bounce as well as resistance to wrinkling.

Ironing note: Only iron lightly, where necessary to protect the lovely texture of this fabric. If flattening occurs, simply wash it to return the fabric to its natural rippled state.

Suggested Projects: All kinds of blouses, tops & shirts. Dresses & light pinafores. Can be used for very light pants and shorts (eg, elastic waisted). Great for volume, easy to sew.
